A1 Portables started as a small garbage collection company in 1935. Over the last 80+ years of service, our family business no longer provides garbage collection but has grown and expanded to provide Portable Restrooms, Portable Fencing, Portable Storage Containers and Mobile Offices to serve Richmond, and Central Kentucky, including the cities around Lexington and Lousiville.

Steel storage containers are weather-resistant and available in sizes ranging from 8’x10’ to 8’x45’. Our smallest containers have a door on one end and about 535 cubic feet of interior space, while our largest models have doors on both ends and approximately 3,000 cubic feet of storage space. Portable storage containers are perfect for anyone needing extra space, including schools, construction companies, and families in the process of moving.

Portable office containers are an excellent solution for relocating businesses, construction companies looking for on-site officing, mobile medical clinics, or companies renovating their primary buildings. We install our container offices at ground level, eliminating the need for an additional foundation, stairs, or loading docks. Our portable offices feature sturdy steel construction, non-slip wood flooring, electricity, HVAC, and security measures.

• Standard Units: Our basic portable restroom is a practical solution for construction sites and remote jobs. Standard units are 4x4’ wide and 7’ tall.
• Special Event Units: These restrooms are kept separate from our general inventory and include sanitizer, soap, and paper towels with delivery.
• Restroom Trailers: Our restroom trailers are an upscale solution for large events. They have heat, air conditioning, and running water.
• Elite Series: When only the best will do, our elite series restrooms have flushing toilets, seat sanitizer, motion-detected lighting, and a shelf to place personal items.
